Saltbush, Balnarring Beach Rates

Effective 1st October 2023

Saltbush, Balnarring Beach is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. Guests are usually referred by community service organisations, or funded by the NDIS, or are connected to Saltbush through a hospital or school.  This ensures that we are providing for guests genuinely in need. We also welcome community and school groups.

When you book with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Saltbush has six houses that are 3 or 4 bedroom and sleep between 6 and 10 people. They have full kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries.  For more information about the houses, see accommodation.


House Rate 1

This rate is for all bookings that:

  • Are funded Community Service Organisations, NDIS, or Agencies.
  • Are multi-family and group bookings (4 or more adults).
  • For individual and family bookings without a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.

One Rate:                     Per House                                 $170 per night + $100 cleaning.


House Rate 2

This rate is for:

  • Individuals, couples, or families (3 adults or less) who are self-funding and who hold a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card. (Please provide card at time of booking)


Concession Rate:           Per House                                 $130 per night


Nanospace* Recreation Centre – A large Multipurpose space with kitchen and bathrooms.
