School Holiday Programs
The school holiday activity programs at Saltbush enable the whole family to get active in the great outdoors, spend time in nature and make new friends.
The programs take place on allocated days of the school holiday periods and are offered to families with school aged children. A parents or guardian must accompany children during activities, so programs are designed to be fun for all ages, from the littlest family members to the most experienced.
The activities are designed to:
- Engage children in exploring the natural world around them, in the bushland, or coastal environments
- Encourage physical activity in the great outdoors, whist having fun.
- Nurture creativity.
Activities offered each school holiday are dependent on the season and weather. Summer holiday programs usually include beach days, while winter programs may include campfire activities, and craft days usually happen all year round.
Participation in school holiday activities is offered free of charge to guest families. Please let front desk know during your booking process if you are keen to be involved.
If you are not staying at Saltbush and would like to participate in the school holiday activities, please contact us for enquiries. The next Spring activities for 2025 are $10 per child (must be accompanied by an adult.)
